In three years, I rebuilt roughly everything: rebranded and re-platformed the shop in two months with three people, made the frontend headless with in-house middleware and a custom React shop, shipped both mobile apps in three months, moved the company from pure dropshipment to its own warehouse with WMS integration, and built a development office in Sri Lanka.
Mini Exchange was becoming Sprii, and the shop was still on Magento 1, which was approaching the end of its life.
